Job Description / Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed annual sales targets including both the top line results and by product segment.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential retailers.
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Use an effective, consultative approach to providing solutions that establish the Company as a world class partner in the trade.
Build insightful and influential brand ambassadors within accounts to help identify opportunities and deliver a best in class experience at retail.
Ensure the greatest return on time and resource investment across the territory of Ontario.
Effectively engage and leverage internal resources within the Company to successfully drive the business in the territory.
Fully understand the customer¡¯s needs and decision making process to create win / win solutions.

Qualifications / Required Skills

3-5 years of territory management experience with a premium brand
University or College degree required
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong grasp of presenting to groups and managing product knowledge (PK) sessions
Solid understanding of the Specialty Independent retail landscape in Ontario
Ability to travel throughout Ontario
Capacity to spend up to 70% of your time on the road
Must be legal to work in Canada
